Spiritual Intuitive Counselling is self-empowering, supporting the essence of who you are and facilitation of your spiritual growth, whatever your beliefs. It helps you find your inner strength, wisdom and connect with your divine self, by providing a safe space to explore your life, fears and belief systems. A spiritual counselor can guide you when you are feeling stuck, having emotional/relationship struggles, addictions or going through changes by encouraging you to find your own inner guidance.
In a session your energy field and chakras are checked to determine where you are holding stuck energy or emotional blocks and then techniques are facilitated, through talking, to help clear them for more balance and clarity. You may receive an inner child healing, soul retrieval, clearing of your chakras, cutting energetic cords from others, or experience taking your power back or forgiving someone. After a session, clients report feeling lighter, clearer and more balanced, making it easier to make decisions.

What is an Herbalist?
An Herbalist is a person who has studied the safe and effective uses of plants to promote health and healing. Unlike clerks selling products in a vitamin store, trained Herbalists understand the power of herbs in their whole form and can custom formulate powerful remedies to suit your individual needs, adjusting the formulas as your health returns. Herbalists also are well trained in nutritional and lifestyle support and can provide professional advice on improving health through diet and lifestyle changes.
What happens at an Herbal Consultation?
Like all wholistic health care, Herbalists seek to address all areas of your life with the focus of restoring harmony back to the whole of you and then teaching you how to maintain that harmony. During a consultation, your Herbalists will use assessment tools such as questioning, pulse and tongue examination, Iridology, and emotional and physical observations. The herbalist will then suggest a customized program of herbal remedies, vitamin and mineral supplements, dietary changes, and lifestyle routines (exercise, sleep, etc). You will work with your Herbalist over a period of time until you both feel confident that your health is back on track. Some issues can be resolved with one visit, while other issues require monthly monitoring to ensure the program is still meeting your needs. Remember that as your health improves, your remedy requirements will change.
